TRAVEL FEES

Service Description

In all instances, payment is due in advance of the day in which services are provided. My studio is based in The Bridal Suite Boston, located at 558 Adams Street, Milton, MA 02186. Street parking is available at the studio. On-site services provided within driving distance of my studio: - Within 25 miles of the studio = Travel fee is included in the service fee. - Within 26 to 50 miles of the studio = Flat travel fee of $60. - 51+ miles from the studio = $60 + an additional travel fee of $20 per 10 miles. Destination Weddings (Requiring a flight) - Michelle will confirm the intended flight itinerary (Airline, Arrival Date/Time, Departure Date/Time) with the client ahead of booking. Once client provides fee to cover flight expense, Michelle will book the flight directly with the Airline. Michelle to share flight receipt with Client to show proof of booking and associated costs. Any differentials to be settled prior to service day. Logistics to be discussed during contract discussions. - Client to cover costs associated with hotel stay for destination wedding. Minimum lodging duration is dependent upon the distance and flight duration of the event. Logistics to be discussed during contract discussions.
